Jugosa por dentro, perfectamente cuajada por fuera, con ese equilibrio perfecto entre el huevo y las patatas que solo los verdaderos maestros saben lograr. No exagero al decir que es quizá la mejor tortilla de mi vida. Y qué decir de las gambas al ajillo… Un plato sencillo, pero cuando está bien hecho, se convierte en una obra de arte. César y Eusebio lo dominan a la perfección: las gambas fresquísimas, cocinadas al punto justo, con ese aceite infusionado con ajo y guindilla que invita a mojar pan sin parar. Exquisitas. ”
